The Ruhr literature prize was the 25th Given time. The awarding of the grand prize of Norbert Wehr and prizes for stories about "Babylon Watch" at Sabine Raml (Berlin) and Regina Bollinger (Mülheim) and the presentation of the Young Investigator Award of the Rotary Club dinner on Enis Maci (Gelsenkirchen) was made by Mrs. Sims, Vositzende of the Committee on Culture and Sport at the Ruhr Regional Association.
