Numerous sources reported today the following transfers:
- DEG Metro Stars goalie Jamie Storr have licensed. Storr, however, remains in North America and will come only in emergencies to Dusseldorf.
- The Nuremberg Ice Tigers have striker Stefan Mann (last Dresdner Eislöwen / 2 Bundesliga) required. The requirement is intended, inter alia, as a replacement for the injured Florian Keller.
- The Augsburg Panthers have committed the 29-year-old Canadian Junior Lessard. The right-winger but arrive after the Olympic break in Augsburg.
- The Hamburg Freezers have found a replacement for Kimmo Kuhta: winger Adam Henrich given a contract until season's end. The 26-year-old Canadian has already this season for the Springfield Falcons (AHL), Ontario Reign (ECHL) and the Cincinnati Cyclones (ECHL) played.
